Add custom tags to users, useful for tagging brocels, fakecels, etc.

The tags information is stored by the browser extension(Greasemonkey/Tampermonkey/etc). If you uninstall the script or the extension all your tags will be lost.

To backup/restore the tags go to the bottom of your preferences page.
