YouTube Playlist Duration Sort

Add duration sorting options to YouTube playlists.

IMPORTANT! ONLY WORKS on Chrome on Windows!

Adds a "Duration (shortest)" and "Duration (longest)" option to the "Sort" drop-down on playlists.

Usage:
1) Go into a playlist that you are able to sort (like "Watch Later")
2) Click the "Sort" menu at the top.
3) You should have two new options in that list.
