有没有大佬知道，这个加速视频。原理是啥。 比如视频一秒三十帧，两倍速之后，是把两秒的帧数集中到一秒，变成一秒六十帧。还是一秒当中15帧删了，后面一秒一样删掉15帧，加起来一秒不变30帧。
