You're welcome! I've added the option you requested. It's optional, so you can activate and deactivate it from the userscript manager's pop up.

• I have another proposal if possible to disable the blur on hover just on the selected discussion to be able to see the name.
• Note: when I refresh the page. Blur is automatically disabled, and I have to enable it another time.
