Unfortunately, it seems like all of the new uploaded videos (or, at least, most of them) gets encoded in a different way that gets downloaded in chunks. Making a workaround would involve some time (and would probably require using an external tool to join the downloaded files, so the user experience would not be great) so it doesn't worth the effort for me, at least for now.
I someone is interested in fixing it, feel free to create a derivation ;)
Recently uploaded videos will not have a download button.
Previously uploaded videos are available for download.
