Basic Script Request - Overlay Image Filename

Hi. I am wondering if anyone can kindly make a basic script:

For all images that are specifically sized 260x289 and 260x146 - I need the script to overlay the image filename on top of the picture in a central alignment.

When I refer to the image filename, I mean when you right-click and select 'Save image as...' it is the default filename that appears in the box.

Would this be possible?
