This Adblock Does Not Block All Ads... Plus it takes longer for my browser to load

I thought this blocked all ads but no.. it just blocked some... and also it took all the internet speed away? Can u fix That? To where u can really block all ads and no slow speed? Well, it works.. but it needs to be fixed! I'm going back to my old ad-blocker!
