Bustr+ is a Torn jail-busting helper focused on safer API access, quick decision-making,
and a cleaner jail page. (inspired by finnleyfoxx)

The bust budget is an estimate based on recent bust-log decay, not an official Torn
guarantee. Use it as a helper, not a promise. Works on desktop and mobile Torn.
PDA should work with a manually saved custom User / Log key, but is not personally tested.
Recommended key setup: create a custom key with User/Log only.
The setup/preferences setup is moved below the Torn sidebar menu to prepare for future changes.
