I was able to download the entire 714 MB using Firefox 37.
Once the downloading starts, its progress is determined by your browser, your Internet connection and YouTube.
I guess either Firefox 36 had an issue stopping the download from completing or Youtube's server was chucking a fit at the time. It downloaded fine this time!
If only Youtube let me choose 720p@60 when watching the video on their website, this particular video is strangely only listed in non-60FPS formats when watching it on their website, or it was back when Firefox 36 was the newest version of FF.
Dowloads stop prematurely
1) I load the 720p version of this video on Youtube.com: https://youtu.be/3dn-7575sgY
2) I right-click M4V (HFR) and choose Save Link As
3) I choose a destination and begin the download
4) After around 200MB has downloaded the download stops
I can't download the full 60FPS video...
