Adds a button to record replays from the main menu

Unfortunately, I'm just using some browser APIs to record, I'm not doing any of the video encoding, so it if doesn't work, I can't do anything about it ☹️ Additionally, .webm videos cannot be played on iPhones
I did get this and while the recorder does work, I can't actually pull up the video. It keeps having an error and it fails to load. Could you help or fix this please?
