Automatically expands the older comments accordion in JIRA so you see all comments by default. Workaround to jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden. Aids in searching page. Please note that this does not work for me on Jira 9.4.5 (while it worked fine on 8.20.13, and I was a very happy user for a long time!).
