@zbluebugz

I found the reason why your script doesn't save its settings and then the settings revert to default.

I use the extension "One click history cleaner" - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/one-click-history-cleaner/kcjbahochamceejpgjkniopafgdhkplb/ with these settings: https://i.postimg.cc/664M3tcb/Indexdb.png

The reason for the problem was that I had to uncheck: "Data in an IndexedDB database".

Also - I had a directory set for automatic mandatory deletion after closing the browser: "DirRemove=%Profile%\Default\IndexedDB".

After multiple restarts of Ungoogled Chromium v.120.0.6099.180 x64 - everything is now as it should be.

Thanks for looking into this on your side - muchly appreciated!

"FB - Clean my feeds" uses the "indexed db" storage area to remember the settings. This is due to FB automatically removing unapproved cookies and local storage data set under the fb's domain. Currently, FB doesn't delete unapproved "indexed db" storage objects - hence fb-cmf script using this storage method.
