Links with & symbol gets cut

So a link with & in cuts everything after & symbol making link non-working. It works properly without the script, so it is not an issue of steam's linkfilter unlike ftp problem.
Example: http://market.yandex.ru/model.xml?cvredirect=2&modelid=10597000&hid=723088&suggest=1

I started noticing this as well with facebook links that had referrer data. I am looking into it, although I'm not sure when I'll be able to provide a solid solution. Regex is a tricky thing, and I don't want to default to the character removal method as I'd like to keep this extension future proof should steam start adding extra parameters (like analytical data parameters).
