Feedly.com Auto Preview

I couldn't figure out how to do this myself, but when you open a item on feedly there is an option to "preview" the item, which opens the website in a feedly slider tab.

Is it possible to make a script automatically use the preview this button when you click on the title of a entry?

Would be even better if you could add this to a on and off hotkey that only automatically opens the preview of the item when you hold the hotkey.
