Need help bypassing an interstitial ad on amazon WILL PAY $50 for a script that actually WORKS!

I am using the following script but it seems to not have any effect. Linked is an offline copy of the web page for testing purposes. I would like someone to make me a script that works for both amazon business and the normal versions of this site. I would actually rather pay someone to figure out a clever way to bypass this stupid ad than to give any more money to rich billionaires.
