This script is a tool for adjusting the position and transparency of satellite imagery in the Waze Map Editor (WME). It offers the following features:
All-Direction Movement: Move satellite imagery up, down, left, right, or diagonally using arrow keys or buttons.

Zoom Persistence: Maintains the adjusted position even when zooming in or out.

Transparency Control: Freely adjust the transparency of satellite imagery from 0% to 100%.

User-Friendly Interface: Adds an intuitive sidebar panel for manually inputting shift distances (in meters) or transparency, or adjusting via buttons.

Settings Storage: Saves your adjustments locally and automatically loads them for future use.
