TL;DR: there is no simple way, investigate the studio name using a search engine.
Long answer:
There is no "simple way"; you have to check the developer studio name, spot bad wording in the description and such things. If that isn't easy to spot (because it has a rather normal name and good translation) you have to search for it on internet and get the info. Almost nobody (except someone like me, curious to know what is happening) will go into an "investigation rabbit hole" when they see such bad content. Almost all the bad games that I've spotted are mostly chinese and in the $0.89-$2.00 price range, then we can spot a lot of polish/ukranian/russian games. Polish are spotted because of the language, some require "investigation" because they use english names. Ukranian/Russian are a bit difficult to differentiate since for westerners it is very difficult to differentiate between ukranian and russian languages, searching sometimes provides the info needed. Sometimes Ukranian games can be spotted because of blatant war propaganda but that is rather rare and the games I've found to do that are more developed (still bad, but not mspaint-made games). Russian games are the most difficult because the "russian" games available are almost always depicting russian society in a negative way (gta clones with russian culture in them or weird walking simulators with exaggerated russian cultural things but in a comic/negative way, things like fighting bears, drinking a lot of alcohol, bad hip hop music, etc); I suspect those are not real russian games but someone trying to throw some fuel into fire.
Thank you so much for the explanation :)
Thank you for the script. Can you give me more info about this statement: "So, we all know Steam has been bombarded with trash games from China, Russia, Ukraine and Poland." I am curious how to recognize these games, except the price.
