Puts back the server dropdown which was removed from the game some years ago. Has two modes, works with latest interface.

thanks for the feedback, should be adjusted to make sure this doesnt happen on 1.0.2 (latest)
Blocks the game drop-down(up). Even if I scroll down and click the drop-down, it still renders under the server location drop-down.
