Sorry for the late reply, have you tried setting your system to the dark theme?
It's working for me just fine.

On my side, I don't have the dark theme in my browser settings, but only in the Google Search.

I don't have a Twitter Account either...

This userscript can only work with your system settings, there's no way to detect your google search settings from twitter.
You can try switch to dark mode in your Windows settings, and this userscript should work.

Aah Okay, I understand.

As I'm running Windows 8.1, Google Chrome forced me to stay on their version 109, so unfortunately I don't have the dark theme in my Windows System settings :-(
