Collects YouTube chat names after a point and keeps them in a list for easy reading.
Runs on the chat popout only.

To use open participants and press "Stare Collecting Names". The script will then update the textbox every 5 seconds keeping alphabetical order.
Once enough names are collected press "Soft Stop", this will put new names at the bottom of the list as they come in.
Press "Full Stop" to cause everything to stop.
