Make GitHub Pull Request, Commit, and Blob pages full width

Makes the GitHub Pull Request, Commit, and Blob pages span the full width of the browser, rather than maxing out at the default ~900 pixels.

This script expands GitHub's Pull Request page, Commit page, and Blob page so that the width spans the entire browser, rather than being limited to the ~900 pixels that it defaults to. This makes seeing code differences easier since you do not have to horizontally scroll as often.
