Greasy Fork is available in English.
Not even the people from Easylist seem to fight this site anymore, someone had to try as this looks popular enough. *sigh*

This script also works on kissmanga.com but now when I run it the site goes to a page that checks for adblock plus and this script and prevents access to the site until they're disabled.
