That's too few information to fix. I don't have access to Orpheus and can't easily reproduce the bug. If the error occurs only at Orpheus, may be due to a site specific modification to upload page.
It did't work when I uploaded the torrent on the orpheus.
The script shows error:TypeError: can't convert null to object
