Since the changes to the API reviews are now collected locally by the script itself. This means that it will only register reviews you do in the browser where the script is installed. It's a sad state of affairs, but there's nothing I can do about it. Note that the Heatmap will not show up until you do some reviews, as it needs something to show before it is rendered.

I used it some time ago and tried to reinstall it today since I'm back to using WK after a few months but with no success.
After debugging the code, I realized that reviews are empty, around line 39:
if (!reviews?.length) return
