This is my first time using scripts from this site. I installed it, visited the site, and it says it’s active on the site, however, the site just looks normal. There’s no command line. Is there something else I need to do to access the command line features from this script to interact with ServiceNow?

Maybe this comment is to little to late but here goes. After you install the script when you navigate to a ServiceNow instance you should see a little gear icon in the bottom right hand side of the screen. Click that, the popup is essentially the command box you can use to add instance specific buttons. For more information regarding what actions are possible via the command box, type help in the box.

on the bottom right corner of the screen, there will be a gear icon. Click on that and a prompt will open. This is the terminal.
