Right-Click Dotted Outline

Adds a blue dotted outline around the element you right-click on, and updates the outline as you move the cursor while right-clicking

When you install this and right click on something then there will be a blue outline on the element you are clicking on.
An extension I had used to do this, (Flip this) but the feature was removed, and I liked the dotted outline so I remade it in a cool script.
