Removes #agar-io_970x90, improves drag & drop styling, places Turn Skin On/Off under the skin URL.

Adds a draggable chat interface with sound notifications, disappearing messages, ad bar remover, game ip, custom skin upload, use skin urls and minimap for the regular agar.io game.

This is a test run, comment and let me know if it is working ok.

0.2 - added a avatar,
added a Iframe that inclues, fancy fonts, img urls, random game name generator, clan fonts, emojis, skin names
added a bug fix that made you split in game when chatting

0.3 - fixed minimap and changed Russia to Ukraine

0.4 - fixed the custom upload button to stay in place you do not have to reset browser

0.5 Acid mode is back!!!

0.9 added the custom skin url ( it's not perfect, but works ) minor bug fixes, and added drop a image for custom skins
