Hover a thumbnail on youtube.com and click an icon at the right: "Not interested" and "Don't recommend channel"

Could you do something similar for Twitter? There is a "I'm not interested in this Tweet" option when reporting, which apparently all it does is hide the tweet for the user and prevent it from sending notifications, which is handy.
