Remove the Adblock popup, as well as the respawn timer to avoid the extra wait in shell shockers

Yeah.. Not sure there's much I can do about that I'm afraid, if there was, I'd try fixing it. But hey, I'd recommend you edit the scripts, see if you can combine the two. It'd be somewhat a copy paste, or you can get a little understanding of what's going on and customise it while learning something new.
It works but it causes my Aimbot and ESP script to stop working while I use this.
