Add convenient Tenor.com gif image inserter into Shikimori.one comment editor. Initially a fork of "Gifs" script by Pirate~, eventually rewritten entirely but not from scratch. TODO: rewrite from scratch, make ImageProvider interface, reuse the same base code for both Shikimori & MAL.
