Oh yes, the lazy-load effect was okay when js-effects were still new on the web 10 years ago, but now it's irritating when used outside of some fancy promo-sites.

On this site http://www.hindustantimes.com/
the images sort of lazy load / have motion effect.
Even if the images are in the cache, and you re-open the page, images open with an effect
Can it be made to load images at the same time and that too with no such effects?
