WPR Intake Form

Use this script to request a revive for yourself or on behalf of a friend. Requests go to Wolf Pack Revival's Discord server.

To use: Navigate to the Hospital or Faction View page. Long-press on the username to open up the mini-view, and then click the "Revive!!" button.

Alternate use: Click on the username to load their profile, then click the "Revive!!" button.
