Set HTML5 media player volume

Script to set the volume of <video> and <audio> elements to reduced value (defaults to 50%), with a menu item to change for the current page.

This is a revised version of https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/10197-set-html5-video-volume that handles both audio and video players.

If 50% is too high or low as your starting point, you can edit that value in the early part of the script.
