The script doesn't even have an option to add or save sites.
Why did you rate the script with bad? Could you give an explanation?
I click on gear (configure), select other sites from the "Sites" tab. Then I press "OK". They show up, but after a refresh they're gone. The only one that's sticks is the one that I chose in the initial setup
I think it would have been more fair to reveal that you're actually the same person that opened the related GitHub issue on this.
You are using Edge which is not a supported browser. You are on your own.
I spent countless hours on developing and supporting the script with swift responses to user requests. It's frustrating receiving bad reviews like this while putting a lot of effort into the script.
Really sad...

I've found the solution to my problem.
Don't use ViolentMonkey, doesn't work.
When I changed to Tampermonkey it immediately asked for permissions that I've never seen before.

That's weird. I debugged it once on Firefox/Chrome. But it might work differently on Edge. Who knows...

Changing to "Good"
I just tried adding other sites and after refresh imdb the sites that I added are gone. They never stick
I've disabled every extension and every script and still doesn't save
