Typical - As soon as I post to the public about this, I figure out an answer! I edited the list to just something I do want to block, Save, take a look at the list again, and it is as I want it. If I then delete my single, desired blacklist item and save, upon return the blacklist is back to the initial default of "oscar smith^...". It does let me save a blacklist of just "^^". Maybe that is the same as not having anything on one's blacklist at all?
How to eliminate initial default block list?
I am new to MTurk and even more new to Hit Scraper. I installed it today and want to edit the blocklist. I see how to do that, I delete everything in it, Save, re-scrape, take a look at the blocklist, and everything that was there initially, before my delete, is back! How do I get past this and have a completely empty blocklist?
Here's what is in the initial blocklist that I cannot remove:
oscar smith^diamond tip research llc^jonathan weber^jerry torres^crowdsource^we-pay-you-fast^turk experiment^jon brelig^p9r^scoutit
