Actually, the script runs very quickly. If you feel it's slow, it might be due to the table formatting in the comments section, which is quite complex. If you want to improve performance, it's easy—just disable that feature.
There is something conflicting with Youtube's "video previews" setting. YouTube Settings > playback and performance > video previews. With this script enabled, every time I turn video previews OFF, it turns back ON automatically after a refresh. Disable this script and the setting sticks.
