Do not automatically loop videos on twitter (when they're under 60s). Didn't test with autoplay. Disable autoplay in twitter settings if it doesn't work

Also maybe an idea to switch from checking for all video elements 10 times per second to a MutationObserver?
Useful script! Any chance you could make it so that there's an option to only stop videos from looping but still loop gifs? I couldn't really find an easy way to distinguish the two in the source code since gifs on Twitter are just videos as well.
