Bypass the need to login to use Quora.com
< Opiniones de Quora.com Without Limit v.5
I don't use too much Quora (only when i found an interesting thing in a search), but i can drop an eye on the problem.
Can you give a link where you can't scroll...?
Note:
1 - With userstyle, to style ALL the Quora, I need to find the regexp for matching these links too, by example:
https://questionsmilitaires.quora.com/?share=1
2 - The reason why i don't use it is the need to login to only see their content and they don't have an easy way to search in it (need to make a Google :insite search...)
https://fr.quora.com/
If you have infos around that....
I don't know if it the default behaviour, but the first Quora page I open usually is working fine, but when I check a second page it triggers the login popup and all the rest. For example if I visit this it will be ok, then when I click on another question linked in this thread, it does the whole no scrolling thing (for example on this other one, reached from the first linked).
That's possible to fix it:
Try the Update...
For now i don't find the right regxp for all the variant of qaora but if you install the userscript as .... userscript.
I post a request for that:
Help Need regexp for Quora.com (for namespace regexp'"XXX")
But as workaround, you can edit it and add under the others @include, this one:
// @include *://*.quora.com/*
This make it working for all these different variation of quora url...
I do an OpenSearch Plug-ing (:insite quora):
Ready2Search(Quora in site search DukDukGo)
Open the link an click on :
OpenSearch plug-in Quora in site search DukDukGo to add to your search plugin.
To make it, i use the site:
Custom Search through Ready2Search
Thank you, I'll take a look!
:-)
Update v.3:
Should be applied to all variation of URLs of Quora.
Thanks to hacker09:
Help Need regexp for Quora.com (for namespace regexp'"XXX")
They should heard me!
They modernize their Design (better...)
And now they have a search field...
So i update my script too...
And make 2 new Search plugins :
For(US):
Ready2Search(Quora Official Search - US)
For (FR):
Ready2Search(Quora Official Search - FR)
At the moment for me the login popup is removed, but the page is still blurred out, and there's no way to scroll down the page.
