stop cookie site policy banners

Newbie here....in most websites I visit I keep getting an annoying banner that gives the sites cookie policy asking wether to accept cookies etc.
I think google enforces this on sites to display their policy.
I was wondering if there is a script out there that can block these banners or is it possible to write a script to stop it them?
