Modifies the Mini Profile to include the following:

- Last Action
-- Disabled if TornTools Last Action setting is Enabled
-- Resizes TornTools Last Action if Enabled
- Shows Friend Reason
- Shows Foe Reason
- Shows Target Reason
- Allow User to Disable Activity/Level100/Gender/Donator/Marriage icons
-- If Activity icon is disabled, will colour Last Action accordingly
-- Will colour TornTools Last Action if Enabled
- Adds 5 Clickable Icons to Icons (can be collectively or individually toggled in the code by the user)
-- Posts by User
-- Threads by User
-- Mentions of User (by ID number, not possible to do username with how Forum Search currently works)
-- Trading Post Threads by User (disabled by default)
-- P&L Posts by User (disabled by default)
