Blinkist "Today's Free Blink" text scraper ("new-reader")

This script combines the chapter texts into one text.

This script only works on the "Today's Free Blink" page after you have clicked on the button "Start now".
The text scraping starts automatically when this script is active and skips through the chapters to the last segment automatically.
In the last segment a popup window with the combined text of all chapters will open.
The combined text can also be found in the console at the last segment page.
Tested with the current versions of the desktop browsers of Chrome and Firefox.
