Minor tweaks for IMDb, like sticky navbar, dark search form, thin scrollbar, dark scrollbar for dark elements.

Switchable Features:
- Sticky Navigation Bar
- Dark Search Form (since the navbar is dark)
- Thin Scrollbars (for both FF and Chrome)
- Dark Scrollbars for dark sections, such as the home page or add-to-list dropdown menu
