Show video controls on mouse hover, fixes the Firefox-Issue of opening an empty new tab on click.

Shows Video Controls when hovering over a video on 9gag. Because of 9gag's markup clicking the video would normally open a new empty Tag in Firefox. This should resolve this issue.
