Simple script to add html5 controls on video and gif post.

Default video volume set to 50%.

There's a recent Chrome update (Version 67.0.3396.79) which removes volume slider on default video control.
this script add a simple volume slider to compensate that function and will be removed when chrome dev bring back its default slider.
