Hides all posts for the user when the button is pressed.
Creates a list of blocked users at the bottom of each page. Click a username to unblock them.
Hides threads created by blocked users.
Hides quoted text if the quoted user is blocked.
Hides blocked usernames in the "Last Comment" column. Click to reveal the blocked name.
