Add a small input box in the operations and triggers pages to easily look up, find and filter specific Mount&Blade 1.011 and Warband module system opcodes and triggers.

Fix the mobile page search, some elements weren't hiding there.
Improve the way the page objects are hidden.
Don't hide tables and lists inside the opcode block, only the outside cruft.

Improve styling to make the filter input box less conspicuous when not focused/selected. Scroll into the first operation match. Looking good, now I need to figure out how to hide the useless headers without content in a hierarchical fashion.
Now we can search by multiple words in any order, add a small shadow and reduce opacity for the search box.
Hide the non-operation stuff only when filtering. Add BreezeWiki support.
