- Restored the 1h delayed auto page refresh, so you still get notified if you leave the page in the 'Success: Vote validated' state. (had accidentally removed it)

- Now handles 405 errors (refresh the page every 5mins)- Only ONE notification! No more double as the page refresh itself when the cooldown ends :)
added half-assed automatic page refresh (1h after the last notification sent) so you don't accidentally miss out on the following vote
