Fix label on hovercard (#197))

Experimental repainting of borders according to the background colour of the theme, so as not to rebuild the selectors with each update (at least we know why the transparent background or inactive border did not work). It will break when GitHub changes variables in its internal CSS or other template combinations use something else.
