Adds four features to the Mturk queue page

Version 0.06
Tested on: Chrome version 40, Firefox 35
Next update: Page request error detection, Sort by links redone, adding new hits.

This script will show your entire queue on a single page. It also adds Return All, Return Some and Open Some buttons to the queue.

The single page queue will display all your hits on one page with only one page request.

The "Return all hits" button will return every hit in your queue at the time of opening the page. If you accept hits after you start returning your whole queue you don't need to worry about the new hits being returned.

The "Return" button found on every hit near "Reward:" will return every hit in your queue from the same requester.

The "Open" button found on every hit near "Reward:" will open every hit in your queue from the same requester into a new unfocused tab.

The top right of your queue also has the timing settings for this script. This setting determines how fast hits are opened and hits are returned in seconds. 0.5 works well if you're not running much but you might need to raise if you have any errors.
