Torn War Coordinator — Complete Member Guide
Part 1: Install (5 minutes, one time)
On Computer
Install Tampermonkey browser extension (free, search Chrome/Firefox/Edge web store)
Click the script link Fouquet sent you
Click Install when Tampermonkey asks
Refresh Torn → black panel appears top-right
On Phone
Install TornPDA app (App Store or Play Store)
Add Torn War Coordinator script (TornPDA has script section in settings)
Open Torn through TornPDA → panel appears
Part 2: First Time Setup (30 seconds)
When you see the panel for the first time:
Scroll to bottom of the panel
Click "Join the chain" button → it turns green
Type your current energy in the small box → click Save
You're done — name now shows in the chain order
Part 3: How To Use During War
When The Panel Says It's Your Turn
You'll know because:
Panel flashes orange
3-tone beep plays
Big banner shows YOUR chain number + your assigned targets
What to do:
Look at the 🎯 Your Assigned Targets list
Click any target name (the one that's still alive/okay)
Attack page opens on Torn
Make your hit
Come back to Torn home page
Click "I Got My Hit" button
Done — next person is up
Listen For Alarms
3-tone beep = your turn, hit now
2-tone beep = WARNING, only 60 seconds left
Update Your Energy Anytime
Type new number in energy box → click Save
Helps the dispatcher see who's ready
Part 4: How To Become War Dispatcher
When you're taking over for someone, or starting a war yourself:
Step 1: Claim Dispatcher Role
Scroll to bottom of panel
Click "🛡️ Become War Dispatcher"
Type the dispatcher password (Fouquet shares this)
Click OK
New "Dispatcher" control panel appears
Step 2: Set Your Torn API Key (One Time Per Browser)
You only need to do this the very first time you're dispatcher.
Get your Torn API key first:
Open new Torn tab → go to torn.com/preferences.php#tab=api
Click "Create Key"
Choose "Limited Access" (NEVER Full Access — that gives away your money)
Name it "war-coord"
Copy the key
Save it in the panel:
In dispatcher controls → click "Set API Key"
Paste the key
Click OK
Step 3: Pull Your Faction
Click "Pull MY Faction"
Auto-loads all your faction members
They appear in the LEFT column of the split-screen
Step 4: Pull Enemy Faction
Find the enemy's faction ID first:
In Torn, search the enemy faction's name (magnifying glass)
Click their faction in results
Look at the URL — it ends with &ID=12345
The number after ID= is what you need (write it down)
Then pull them in:
Click "Pull Enemy Faction"
Type the enemy faction ID (just the number)
Click OK
Enemies appear in the RIGHT column with their levels and status
Step 5: Set War Settings
Start # — type the chain number you'll start at (usually 1) → Set
Warn (s) — leave at 60 (alarm at 1 min remaining)
Part 5: Assigning Targets (The Core Dispatcher Job)
This is how you tell members who they're allowed to hit.
How To Decide Who Hits Who
The strategy: check each enemy's stats using your stat-spy app (or whatever your faction uses). Then assign each enemy to the members in your faction who can beat them.
General rule: smaller members hit smaller enemies, bigger members hit bigger enemies. You want fair fights or favorable fights — never assign someone to a target who'll wipe them.
How To Assign In The Panel
Look at the right column (enemy faction)
Find an enemy you want assigned
Click "Assign" next to their name
Popup appears showing all your active members with their energy
Check the boxes for which members can beat this enemy
Multiple members can be assigned to the same target ✓
Click Save
Repeat for every enemy. You don't need to assign all of them — just the ones you want pre-planned.
Example Assignment
Say enemy "BadDude L80" has stats your members can handle:
StonedAssassin (L100, 1B stats) ✓ check
IDDQD (L52, 500m stats) ✓ check
bush21 (L39, 100m stats) ✗ leave unchecked (can't beat them)
Then enemy "WeakKid L20":
bush21 ✓ check (can definitely take them)
IDDQD ✓ check (overkill but available as backup)
When it's bush21's turn, their panel shows ONLY "WeakKid" as their target. They click → attack → done.
When it's StonedAssassin's turn, their panel shows ONLY "BadDude" as their target.
Re-Assigning Mid-War
You can change assignments anytime:
Click "Refresh Statuses" every few minutes (updates hospital/alive)
If a target is now dead/in hospital → reassign that member to a new target
Just click "Assign" on the new enemy and check that member's box

Per-Member Buttons (in chain order)
▶ = Jump to this person (make them current)
↑ = Move up in chain
↓ = Move down in chain
✕ = Remove from queue (if they logged off)
Part 7: Switching Dispatchers
Multiple people can be dispatcher at once. To hand off:
Current dispatcher clicks "Step Down" when they're done
Next person clicks "🛡️ Become War Dispatcher" + enters password
Done — they're in control now
Quick Tips
Drag the panel by the top bar to move it anywhere
Resize it by dragging the orange triangle (bottom-right corner) or any edge
Collapse it by clicking the − in the header (shrinks to tiny bar)
Position is saved — it'll be where you left it next time you log in
Common Questions
Q: Do I need an API key as a regular member?
No. Only the dispatcher needs one. You only need it if you want auto-hit detection (optional).
Q: What if I'm not assigned any targets?
You can still hit anyone — assignments are just suggestions. The panel will guide you when it's your turn.
Q: What if the enemy I'm assigned is in hospital?
Wait for them to med out OR look at other enemies you might be assigned to OR ask dispatcher to reassign you.
Q: I accidentally clicked "Reset All"!
Yell at the dispatcher to set everything back up. They'll need to re-pull factions and reassign targets.
Q: The panel disappeared!
Refresh Torn (F5). If it doesn't come back, check Tampermonkey is enabled.
